We accept Paypal and credit/debit card payment.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from checkout. In particularly busy periods this can be a day or 2 more.  This also applies to Express shipping.  If you require us to send on the same day please contact us before ordering to confirm if possible.

We use postal services in Australia that offer as part of their service online tracking.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped please email us or use the contact form as soon as you can.

We do our very best to make the colour in our photos as close to real life as possible. Even so, we can't guarantee that what you see on your monitor is accurate, since each monitor shows colour differently.

Absolutely. We use kraft paper, tissue paper, kraft tape and recycled cardboard boxes. Occasionally we use Sendle compostable satchels.
